INTRODUCING:
It is a favorite destination of tourists for its beautiful landscapes, blue skies and calm waters. It is the largest lake in South America and the highest navigable lake in the world, located in the High Plateau at 3.814 meters or 12.395 feet. It belongs to Peru and Bolivia.
This mythical Lake is the remnant of what was once a vast sea before and there are many legends that claim that from its waters the first people of the two most important empires in South America came: the Tiwanaku and Inca.
Its maximum depth reaches 283 meters and covers an area of 8,562 km ². It consists of two bodies of water almost separated by the Strait of Tiquina. Because of clean air, the lake is particularly transparent and light quality is outstanding. From the mountains and hills that surround it can have exceptional views of the Cordillera Real and the High Plateau.

The current center of attraction is the sculpture of the called Virgen Morena, carved by a native of noble lineage, called Tito Yupanqui in the year 1582. PROGRAMME:
We start the tour at 07:30 hours from La Paz, traveling in a northwest direction through the Altiplano, in the way will observe breathtaking views of the Cordillera Real and Lake Titikaka, after three hours and a half we will arrive to this landmark spiritual center, then will have a delicious lunch, after that, on a boat we will sail in the waters of the highest navigable lake in the world; once we will be in the southern part of the sacred Isla del Sol will visit two places: Yumani area where we will find the source of Water Spring that is famous and apparently guarantees Eternal Youth and Pilkokaina area where will find a mysterious Inca ruin, then we will return to Copacabana, on the same transport system, from where will return to the city of La Paz to arrive about 19:30 hours approximately (private service) or 21:30 hours approximately (shared service).
